Conditional Sentences are sentences used to express supposition of an event that has not happened, or even impossible. Conditionals has several forms that represent different forms of time, in other words, the form of conditional sentence will depend on the assumed form of the event. Here are a few patterns of Conditional Sentences :
1) Conditional Sentences (Type 1)
Conditional sentences, conditional sentences consist of two parts, the subordinate clause (if-clause) which is a statement of terms and the main clause, which is due whether or not fulfilled the terms contained in the subordinate clause.
if clause : simple present tense
main clause : simple future tense
In type 1 is an action in the main clause will happen if the condition in the if-clause are met.

Ø If andi do not go to school, i will absent him
Ø Agnes Monica always cry if i will kiss her
Ø If you cry, I will wipe the tears on your cheek
Ø They will go to Jakarta if they’re tacher stay at school
Ø If they are good at sing, they will win in the race's choir
Ø If she call me, i will meet her in the library
Ø If we have a lot of money, we'll go back to school
Ø if the class is already clean, I will go
Ø if the task is completed, I will take a rest
Ø if the water in the tub is full, I will take a shower
Ø if my phone is filled pulse, I will immediately contact her
Ø if today is rainy, I'll cancel my plans to go to the mall
Ø if tomorrow my parents go to Bandung, I will invite my friends to stay at home
Ø if she comes home, I'll give her a ring
2) Conditional Sentence (Type 2)
main clause : past future tense (S + would + V1)
The second type is used to declare an action / state of the opposite / contrary to the reality at this time. Actual conditions in the if-clause can be satisfied, but highly unlikely.

Ø They would lend their book if we gave a pen
Fact : We were not give a pen because they would not lend their book
Ø Santi would apply Japanese language if she went to japan
Fact : Santi doesn’t know Japanese therefor she won go to japan
Ø She hit a table, if they would fight in the class
Fact : They were friendship,they didn’t fight
Ø They would catch a fish in the river if we fed us
Fact : They did not like a catch a fish, we didn’t fed us
Ø Andri would give his money,if he won a quiss
Fact : Andri didn’t followinga quiss, he didn’t give his money
Ø I would forgive them, if they brought a cake to me
Fact : I didn’t forgive them because they didn’t bring cake to me
Ø If I meet Sonia I would teach her biology lesson
Fact : I didn’t meet Sonia I didn’t teach her biology
Ø I would choose Hendra if he want became a singer
Fact : I didn’t choose hendra, he didn’t want become a singer
Ø Mifta said, if you would send a picture you must come here
Fact : Mifta didn’t say, you didn’t must send a picture here
Ø I would forget him, if he forsook me
Fact : I didn’t forget him, he didn’t forsake me
Ø I would buy a car for santi if santi bult a home here
Fact : I didn’t buy a car for Santi, Santi didn’t bulid a home here
Ø If her dog bit my cat, I would hit her dog
Fact : Her dog is really funny, her dog wasn’t bite my cat
3) Conditional Sentence (Type 3)
if clause : past perfect tense (S + had + V3)
play clause : Past Future Perfect (S + would have + V3)
Conditional sentence type 3 is used to denote a condition may no longer be fulfilled because the time has passed. In other words, the fact conflicting or contrary to the situation in the past.
